The grinder separates the wheat from the chaff, especially when it comes to pepper and salt mills. In addition to the best possible quality, a further advantage of these grinders is the adjustment of the grain size on the underside (see further pictures). This prevents the grain size from constantly changing when turning. 

All products are very carefully manufactured individually by hand in protected Swiss workshops.
