Payment and delivery
- Delivery on account is only possible for customers who have already made a purchase from us and whose payment history is impeccable.
- Exceptions are legal entities (AG, GmbH, associations) that are entered in the commercial register. As a rule, these new customers can already order on account
- Payment is possible with all common payment methods. I.e. credit cards (Visa / Mastercard / Amex), Postcard, TWINT
These are also available once you have received the invoice. You will receive a link to direct payment if you wish. - Delivery usually takes place within 2 weeks. However, it may take longer if an item is currently sold out and will be back in stock in the near future.
